Ever since Miriam first sent that email back in December, I’ve always thought she was such a sweet gal! When we met later that month to discuss wedding plans and what she wants in her wedding photographer, I instantly loved her and couldn’t wait to meet her fiancé, Angel, at their engagement session. (I have to throw in: Miriam even wanted a photo together before she left the consultation. My heart melted and I about died!! SO SWEET! hehe)
With such busy schedules and having to reschedule, we finally got the chance to hang out one evening in May for their engagement session. They showed up in the cutest outfits! She picked a long sleeve flowy blush maxi dress. While he had a matching blush bow tie with a nice blazer and jeans! Oh my! They must have read my stlying guide! 😉
Something I love about Miriam and Angel is that even though they might be a little quiet (compared to my loud and bubbly self), is how sweet and trusting they are. During their session they did not hesitate on anything I put them through. (Such as climbing some rocks and being by some crowds of people during their engagement session at the beautiful Laguna Beach) They did whatever it took to get some gorgeous shots!
During their session, we got to talk a little more about wedding plans and how they are ready to be simply married. After meeting in high school, becoming high school sweethearts, dating for 9 years, they are so excited to have their family and friends together for their church ceremony and celebrate right after. I love couples who are not only planning a beautiful wedding, but marriage as well. Miriam and Angel are just that. They are also very family oriented and I love that about them!
I am so excited to not only photograph their wedding next month, but to give you a peak into their engagement session today!! 😀
